专利说明:
Description Candle cup The invention relates to a cup comprising a bottom and a peripheral wall which together define a housing in which at least a lower part of a combustible body is intended to be arranged to form a candle, a candle comprising a body of combustible material and a such a cup, as well as an assembly comprising such a candle and a support for receiving said candle. It applies in particular to a candle in which the cup and the fuel body have complementary peripheral geometries, said fuel body being disposed in its entirety in the housing of said cup. In known manner, this type of candle can be used alone or with a support, for example a tealight, a perfume burner, a candle holder or a stove, in particular for decorative purposes and / or to heat an aromatic, odorous and / or food. Generally, the cup of such a candle is made from a metallic material, for example aluminum, in particular to simplify its manufacture and limit costs. However, the use of such a material can be problematic, in particular due to the significant thermal conduction of said material. Indeed, during the use of the candle, the cup is subjected to a heating which increases as the body burns, especially at its bottom, which can cause damage to the surface on which said bottom is disposed. BE2015 / 0250 And, in the case where the combustible body is disposed in its entirety in the cup housing, the flame of the spark plug is permanently close to said cup, which increases all the more heating of said cup, and therefore the risks of damage. of the support surface. The invention aims to perfect the prior art by proposing in particular a cup which is arranged to be able to limit its heating during the combustion of the body, in particular in order to limit the risks of damage to the support surface of the spark plug. To this end, according to a first aspect, the invention provides a cup comprising a bottom and a peripheral wall which together define a housing in which at least a lower part of a combustible body is intended to be arranged to form a candle, the bottom comprising a network of elements which extend in relief from the underside of said bottom, said network being arranged to be able to limit thermal heating of said bucket during combustion of the body. According to a second aspect, the invention proposes a candle comprising a body made of combustible material and such a cup. According to a third aspect, the invention provides an assembly comprising such a spark plug and a support for receiving said spark plug, said support having a housing in which at least the cup is intended to be placed. Other features and advantages of the invention will appear in the following description, made with reference to the appended figures, in which: - Figures 1 show in exploded perspective a bucket with a cover according to an embodiment of the invention, respectively viewed from above (Figure 1a) and viewed from below (Figure 1b); - Figure 2 shows a front view of the cup of Figures 1, the cover being shown above said cup; - Figure 3 shows a bottom view of the cup of Figures 1 and 2; BE2015 / 0250 - Figures 5 show a support for receiving a candle comprising a cup according to the invention, respectively with a candle disposed in the housing (Figure 5a) and only (Figure 5b); - Figures 6 show an assembly according to an embodiment of the invention with the candle arranged in the support housing, respectively in front view (Figure 6a) and in perspective top view (Figure 6b). In relation to these figures, a cup 1, a spark plug 2 comprising a body 3 of combustible material and such a cup 1, as well as an assembly comprising such a spark plug 2 and a support 4 for receiving said spark plug are described below. . The combustible material can be based on stearin and / or paraffin, or also based on beeswax. Furthermore, the combustible material can comprise at least one ingredient intended to improve the aesthetics of the candle 2 and / or to produce an additional effect during the combustion of the body 3, for example a coloring ingredient, an aromatic ingredient and / or a fragrant ingredient. To allow combustion, a wick 5 of flammable material, for example consisting of a braid of cotton threads, is coated in the combustible body 3 extending over the entire length of said body. Furthermore, the wick comprises a strand which projects out of the combustible body, in order to allow the ignition of the spark plug 2 by igniting said strand. In relation to FIGS. 1 to 3, the cup 1 comprises a bottom 6 and a peripheral wall 7, which together define a housing 8 in which at least a lower part of such a combustible body 3 is intended to be arranged to form a candle 2. In general, the peripheral wall 7 has a geometry complementary to that of the peripheral surface of the lower part of the BE2015 / 0250 combustible body 3, in order to allow said peripheral wall to match said peripheral surface, and thus guarantee good cohesion of the spark plug 2. In the embodiment shown, the peripheral wall 7 has a cylindrical geometry. As a variant, the peripheral wall 7 may have other types of geometry, for example oval or polygonal, depending on the aesthetics desired for the spark plug 2. In particular, as shown in FIGS. 4a and 5, the combustible body 3 is disposed in its entirety in the housing 8 of the cup 1. The type of spark plug 2 thus formed advantageously makes it possible to avoid the leakage of molten combustible material outside the cup 1 during the use of said spark plug, and thus limit the risk of burns and / or damage to the support surface on which said spark plug is disposed. Furthermore, this type of spark plug 2 is relatively simple to manufacture, since it suffices to pour into the housing 8 the combustible material of the body 3 in the molten state, then to allow the said material to cool so as to form said combustible body in said housing by hardening of said material. In a particular application, the candle 2 is intended to become a perfumed cartridge, for example luxury, in particular by having a circumference of more than 10 cm. In particular, each cup 1 containing the combustible body 3 constitutes a refill in itself, intended to go into a support 4, for example of the tealight type, specifically created. The bucket 1 can be made from a metallic material, for example aluminum, in particular to simplify its manufacture and limit costs. In particular, the cup 1 can be produced by cutting a preform from a very thin aluminum sheet, in particular a few microns, then by stamping said preform. BE2015 / 0250 Furthermore, the upper edge 7a of the peripheral wall 7, which defines an upper opening for access to the housing 8, can then be subjected to crimping, in particular to limit the risks of cutting for the user. However, the use of such a material can be problematic, in particular because of its high thermal conduction. Indeed, during the use of the candle 2, the cup 1 is subjected to a heating which increases as the body 3 burns, in particular at its bottom 6, which can cause damage at the level of the surface on which said bottom is arranged. And, in the case where the combustible body 3 is disposed in its entirety in the housing of the cup 1, the flame of the spark plug 2 is permanently close to the cup 1, which increases all the more heating of said cup, and therefore the risk of damage to the support surface. To overcome these drawbacks, the bottom 6 of the cup 1 comprises a network of elements 9 which extend in relief from the lower face 6a of said bottom, said network being arranged to limit thermal heating of said cup during the combustion of the body 3 . The network can be produced during the formation of the bucket 1, or during an additional step relating specifically to the bottom 6. In particular, the network can be produced by bossing or by stamping the bottom 6. When the bucket 1 is placed on a support surface, only the elements in relief 9 come into contact with said surface, which makes it possible to form a passage for the circulation of air between the lower face 6a and said support surface. Thus, during the combustion of the body 3, the air circulation under the bottom 6 makes it possible to limit the thermal heating of the bucket 1 by thermal convection. BE2015 / 0250 Furthermore, because the elements 9 protrude from the bottom 6, the network makes it possible to increase the total area of the lower face 6a, and thus to increase the thermal radiation at the level of said lower face, which also contributes limit heating of the bucket 1. In addition, the elements 9 of the network are distributed over the bottom 6 to ensure the base of the plug 2, in particular in order to avoid possible flows of molten combustible material through the upper opening of the housing 8 when the plug 2 is placed. on a support surface. In the embodiment shown, the network comprises elements in relief 9 which are angularly distributed, in particular with a constant angular deviation of the order of 45 °, on the lower face 6a of the bottom 6. In particular, the network comprises two types of elements in relief 9a, 9b of different geometries, said elements being angularly distributed according to a two-by-two alternation between said types. In the embodiment shown, the two types 9a, 9b of elements in relief have an oblong shape with identical widths, but different lengths, each element 9a, 9b being arranged along a radius of the lower face 6a of the bottom 6 . As shown in Figures 1 and 2, the cup 1 comprises a cover 10 intended to be reversibly disposed on the upper edge 7a of the peripheral wall 7 to close the housing 8 by obscuring its upper opening, in particular for aesthetic purposes and / or to facilitate the extinction of the wick 5 at the end of the use of the candle 2. Advantageously, the cup 1 can further comprise a gripping tab which extends radially from the peripheral wall 7, in order to facilitate the manipulation of the spark plug 2 by the user, and in particular to avoid said user from having to grasp said candle by its peripheral wall 7, which may possibly be hot after the use of said candle. BE2015 / 0250 In particular, the gripping tab can extend horizontally from the upper edge 7a of the peripheral wall 7, or even vertically between said upper edge and a lower edge 7b of said peripheral wall. The candle 2 can be used alone, in particular by being placed on any type of support surface, for example a table or any piece of furniture. Furthermore, as shown in Figures 4 and 5, the spark plug 2 can be used with a suitable support 7, in particular with a housing 11 in which at least the cup 1 of said candle is intended to be disposed, in order to form an assembly which can in particular be marketed as is. In the embodiments shown, the support 4 mainly has an aesthetic function, in particular in the form of a tealight holder. As a variant, the support 4 can have other functions, for example by presenting a heating platform which extends above the housing 11 for receiving the spark plug 2 and on which an element to be heated, for example an essential oil or scented, or even a food product, can be disposed by combustion of the body 3 of said candle. In FIGS. 4 and 5, the housing 11 has a geometry complementary to that of the cup 1, in particular with a view to improving the retention of the spark plug 2 on the support 4. In particular, the spark plug 2 is disposed in its entirety in the housing 11, which improves the aesthetics of the whole. Advantageously, the support 4 may have openings which open into the housing 11 to be in communication with the network of elements (9) of the bucket 1, in order to allow the circulation of air between the exterior of said housing and the lower face 6a of the bottom 6, and thus limit heating of the bucket 1 by thermal convection. BE2015 / 0250 In relation to FIGS. 5, the support 4 has longitudinal tabs 12 which are arranged in a circle being angularly spaced at a constant distance, the housing 11 being formed in said circle, the air circulation between said housing and the exterior of the support 4 being made by the angular spaces 13 formed between two adjacent legs 12. In addition, the angular spacing of the spaces 13 can be arranged to allow the passage of a gripping tab carried by the cup 1, in order to allow the user to easily place the spark plug 2 in the housing 11, or 10 easily remove said spark plug from said housing, and this by simply gripping said tab.
